Background Image Change?

Pumpkin Plug and Play In-Dash Car DVD Player 2 Din Stereo 7 inch HD LCD Touch Screen Audio Head Unit Win CE 6.0 System With Can-Bus/1080P/3G/DVB-T/DVR For GMC Chevrolet Chevy

This is what I have installed in a 2008 GMC Sierra. I have downloaded an image and sized it as 800x480 and as a jpeg on a jump drive. Put it in the USB attachment and it shows up under the USB "2" when I open it but I have no option to save it???

what am I doing wrong??
