Touchscreen 7“ Audi not working anymore

Dear autopumpkin-team, dear Jammy,

we bought last year on 06.03.2017 at the autopumpkin ebay store a 7“ Android system for Audi and had help here while installing.

We were quite happy and satisfied until last week, but now we have the problem that in an line area of 1“ the touchscreen is not responding. There was no situation which could cause a damage or malfunction.

We have already took off the complete power for 1h, made several resets and ractory resets.

Can we send the product in for warranty in germany or is there a easy fix available (selfservice?) or touch for spare?
