No display reverse

Amazon 111-9744145-8100259
I can get display in av in with camera.
But only no video in reverse.
Have checked factory settings: enabled
Have power to camera. No display

Hi,
here is an article about how to connect to your cam.
Please notice , our unit doesn't support original car reverse camera.
And if the problem still occur, please contact the pumpkin customer service to change the CAM-IN RCA cable .
