Black screen with "pumpkin" inscription

Hello!I have problem with my car multimedia.At the and of 2017 I purchased https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B074PR ... p_mb_pd_t2
this unit.I was working in UK at that time.So I resend it to my country(Bulgaria).Around three weeks ago I came back to home and installed the unit in my car.It was working just perfect-the radio,blootooth cals and music,back camera etc.But once I wanted to install the "Here go" app Google store via wi-fi.And it bugged.I tried to reset it several times by holding the power buton for long time and by pressing the RST buton.But now I only have black screen with "Pumpkin" inscription on it.However,when I put the gear selector on "reverce" the unit switches to the back camera view and I can see what it shows.
Can somebody help me?It will be terrible if I have to dismantle the unit and wait months for repair.

you can contact the pumpkin customer service about this issue. You need to tell them your order number or the product link so that they can confirm your unit model .
