Touchscreen not working 8inch android 7.1

Hi Pumpkin team,
Just bought a car that came fitted with your great looking product. Only problem is that the touchscreen isnt working.
Ive tried the reset button, disconnected from the power for two mins and checked the cable connections. All looks ok.
Can you give some advice or link me to the manual or firmware?

Hi,
About this issue ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit .
Before doing this i suggest you taking apart the unit and re-plug the small quad board again .Here is an video and picture for your reference.
