Radio does not save radio stations

Hello,

I have a radio with Android 7.1 for the VW Golf 5.

After switching off the radio loses the stored radio stations.

what can I do?

Android 7.1.2
MCU-Version T8.3.19-11-12-453101-171129
Sytem-Version V9.2.2_20180120.164839_KED3-5
DVD-Version 2.13.15-860mc-160106

Hi,
does the unit display the power off info when you plug out the car key ? If not, then you need to plug out the unit and exchange the yellow wire and red wire from the power cable .
