RQ0276E - Phone calls - bluetooth - sounds metallic cannot hear

Hi,

Bought two of these units via aliexpress: RQ0276E
Order ID: 76794271519894
I cannot hear the people I am talking to over bluetooth . The sound is VERY metallic and I cant understand what is being said.
The peope I call can here me great but I cannot hear them clearly at all.
Everything works great and sounds great in the car when playing music, listening to radio etc so the problem is NOT with the system/spearker etc.
The issue is only when making call - I cannot hear the people I am taking with clearly - they sound very distorted.

Hi,
Regarding your issue, it may have relation with your phone, so we suggest you use another phone to check?
And you can also reset the unit with pressing the RST hole or do a factory settings restore to check if it's just the system error.

Did not help.
Used restore defaults after..
Did not help.
Bluetooth music also works great and sound is clear.
It is only bluetooth calls which have a problem.
I really need a resolution because i have two units that i cannot use.

Hi, after discussing your issue with our technician, cause the bluetooth phone call voice only come out from the car front speaker wire, he said that you might connect the wrong speaker wire from our power cable to your original speaker wire or the speaker wires pins from our power cable does not match correctly. could you please check it?
If possible, you can also send us both our power cable pin position and your original connector.
We can help you check and give you the positive solution.

Here is a video showing:
Bluetooth audio/music working great.
Regular music player via usb working great
Bluetooth call - metallic sound - cannot hear good at all.


As you can see sound from everything is great but not from bluetooth call.
Is this still related to one wire?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
If you try another phone and restart both the phone and unit, but the problem still happens.
It may the bluetooth module fault, sorry about it.

Ok so what do i do? Return it for replacement?
