ND0378B Strange issue with sound only playing on one side

Hi

My ND0378B (VW Android 8.0) has a strange issue with sound only playing from the left speakers when playing MP3 via music app, navigation directions from Google Maps, and sound from any other apps.

However all speakers are active for Radio, Telephone, Bluetooth audio from phone, and from Android Setting for button push beep.

I have checked AMP settings and the sound is balanced. If I move the balance to the right it is silent, on the left is fine.

Tried factory reset but no change. Please help with any suggestions!

You need replace a main board.
