Stuck on Android Startup Screen

Hi,
I'd say around 5% to 10% of the time I start my car, my pumpkin unit never gets past the startup screen that says "android"; it just stay stuck there for the entire drive and is unusable. Anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

I don't know. Where can I find it?

It's not in the instruction manual or on the warranty card. It's not listed in the unit's Settings app. I ordered it from Amazon, but the product page no longer exists. I can provide an Amazon order number though if that would help.
