Sound issues on Head Unit ND0279B-A04

Dear Pumpkin Support-team,

I bought last summer 2018 the Pumpkin Head Unit ND0279B-A04 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07DPD ... UTF8&psc=1 ) (ASIN : B07DPDMNN2)

My Amazon Command Number is 171-4334038-6428306


I noticed that the Front Left speaker does not keep the sound balance settings.
When the Head Unit is off for 2 days, the sound is then only played mainly on the right speakers.
And I have to slightly change the balance to get the sound on the left speakers again.

Also, radio is somehow doing strange sounds (crackling...) even when reception is good.

Could you please send me a firmware and mcu update files to fix those issues.

You have advised it recently for a HeadUnit ND0294B-A05 , while mine is a similar one (ND0279B-A04).
