P5x Touch display no longer works

Hi,

the touch display on my P5x Amzon order number 028-7578081-3233158 doesn't work anymore.
At first the display only worked at the upper and lower border, now it only accepts a key from time to time but is no longer operable.
I already did a reset and set the radio to factory settings. Both has nothing changed.
The buttons and the control on the radio still work.

What else can I do?

There is an SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box. You can check on here.
After knowing the SKU, we can know the problem accurately.
