The problems occurred suddenly...I guess i need a new Software/Firmware.

Our technical team suggests you do this first.
Press the Power button, choose the last choice and reset to factory settings, finally long-press the power button to confirm.

Booting and flashing method: Put the file in the SD card root directory without decompressing it, insert it into the GPS card slot, and then click Settings--About equipment--System upgrade.

If your car stereo still can not boot, it is that the CPU board is broken or the connection is not good.
