Volume knob not working C0678

After using this unit for some months now, the volume knob has been disabled 4-5 times after a while in use. Volume via remote or settings is ok. Only way to get it work is to reboot the unit.
I can see some others having this problem. Is there a fix for this? The unit works fine else.

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
You can go to the settings--factory settings(126)--others to set the Wheel3, click Apply and Exit, then the unit will reboot to save it.
Please check if the volume button problem still happens.

When selecting Wheel 3 the knob and the volumebar is wrong to the rotation. Bar is only going a little back and forth when rotating the knob in one direction.
When disabling Wheel 3 the knob and the bar is normal again. Problem is that sometimes when rotating the knob the bar is not shown and the volume not regulated. Unit works again after restart.
