Card remote not working

I purchased a 10.1 inch android DVDs/radio through Amazon and have discovered that the card remote controller is faulty in so much as the volume down button doesn't work.Can you advise how I go about getting it replaced under warranty pease?

Sorry for the delay reply due to the weekend.
Could you please first tell us your amazon order number?
Did you mean that the remote control not working? Did it ever work?
Please check the remote battery and just refer the below forum to check if it's broken.
