Radio Presets and Storage Removed Unexpectedly

Hi,

I've been having a lot of issues with my recently installed android 4.4 stereo in my bmw e46 but I will just mention the main ones:

- The radio will sometimes forget all my fm presets. Mostly it remembers them but recently i've had 3 separate days where i've had to reprogram them

- I regularly get an error message saying the storage card was removed unexpectedly when using the music player or vlc player, this is only fixed by a reboot. I have tried other cards but this 4gb card is one of the few that seems to show any music in the music player scan.

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, you can restore the factory settings to check.
If this does not help, we can send you the latest firmware, then you can try to flash the unit to solve the issues.

Hi,

I seem to have resolved the issue by changing my standby time from 2hrs to 30 minutes. I suspect my car cuts the power to the stereo at some point between 30mins and 2hrs and that causes the issues above.
