RQ0364E many PROBLEMS

I ordered the Radio on the 17th May 2016. The Problems I have will be attached as picture and Video. 1st of all i wrote the support 3 weeks ago but no answer. I'am using this unit in my Vw Tiguan 2009. The biggest Problem is the Radio. After starting the car I can hear a strange noise in the background. This is for me really distracting while driving. The second problem is i'm running KitKat 4.4.4 that was the software included in it after buying. Now i see they sell it with 5.1 on Amazon. And in the Forum they are writing you cant update because of hardware limitations. What the hell.. You cant tell me you can't put a new Firmware on it... Customers are paying 300-500€ for the unit and then you even cant update.. Last but not least my screen is kind of broken. Yes the screens are not the best thats really sad for this price.. My screen is flackering (video) and if I let's say open Spotify i can see in Spotify the appicons and letters from the homescreen (Picture).

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Our company customer service will reply you within 24 hours in working days.
Though sometime we do overwork during weekend, and due to the different timezone, there is a little delay, sorry about this.
The strange noise when you play radio may be caused by the interference from other wireless signal, even the inside car electrical accessories.
As I know, the aftermarket head unit can hardly have the perfect compatibility which does not like the original one, sorry about it again.
About the android 4.4 upgrade to android 5.1, if it's available with the update firmware, we must send you the right firmware and the way to do it.
But both the factory and our company tested without success.
About the attached picture and video, the screen flashing maybe caused by the third party apps, and the unit work normal when there is a app icons and letter from the home screen, it's not a function problem, hope your understanding.
In order to show our sincere, you can contact our amazon customer service and they will give you the best solution.

I don't think that the screen problem is caused by apps. It's definitly broken. Maybe its not that heat protectiv in summer.. I don't know but its broken.. I contacted your Amazon Costumer service 4 days ago but no reply still waiting. Can I update it ?? I cant imagine that it wont work.. My Unit has the same specs as the Android 5.1 unit you are selling now..

Hi,
If the screen only flashed when the Spotify app working, it has relation with the third party app.
If the screen is always flashing when the unit is turned on, it maybe the display screen is broken.
Could you please tell us if you wrote email to our customer service email box "support@autopumpkin.com"?
If is, really sorry about this, the email box have problem during the past a few days.
Normally you can get a reply when you directly contact us from the amazon platform customer service model.
As I said before, the android 4.4 unit cannot be upgraded to android 5.1 due to the board inside limiation.
you can contact our amazon customer service and try to get a new android 5.1 unit replacement.

It was just a sample with spotify the issue with the screen is everywhere. I will contact you again now on amazon but i did already dont know.

Hope you can check if the other apps you installed from Google play store still look like the spotify on the screen.
