Hi,
Thanks for several try and sorry about the important step missed from our side.
After download the "force update" folder, you need to copy the three files in the "force update".

Then copy them into the root inventory of the USB stick.
Once you plug the USB stick with these files, the unit will automatically recognize them and start to update.
Just like the below picture shown.

Hope you can try the last time to check.
If the unit still get no response and just stuck in the android boot, please contact our customer service to return it back for a replacement.
