27-AQTU72-03 Touchscreen problem
I just received and installed my new 27-AQTU72-03. It was working nearly flawless until I went into the factory settings menu to make sure the 'power' button was asisgned properly. There is a 'Touch' learning there so I reassigned the buttons on the left of the display. Unfortunatley after I did this my touchscreen would not work. I went back in and selected the 'Touch calibration' It always FAILS. My unit is practically useless at this point. I did manage to get access by using a blue-tooth keyboard/mouse and tried setting it back to factory settings, that had no effect. Could someone please tell me how to get the touchscreen calibrated? Thanks!

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused and the delay reply due to the weekend.
You may don't know the risk of damaging the unit when you change the factory settings optionally.
Normally we don't allow our client enter the factory settings and change anything.
Your issue was told to the factory technician, they provided a file to flash the unit to solve the problem.
Here is the link of the file.

You just need to put the download file into the USB stick, then the unit will recognize and start the process automatically.

Re: 27-AQTU72-03 Touchscreen problem
I have a followup on this... The .BIN file did get the touchscreen working again, but you have to remove the USB drive or else it will continue to reboot and re applying the .BIN configuration. It displays some chinese text which I cannot read at all. After removing the USB drive the TouchScreen still works. However, when I plugged my other USB drive back in containing my MP3 music, I got a message after a few seconds about the touchscreen .BIN with more Chinese writing and it stopped working again! I re-applied the .BIN and repeated the process several times with the same results. I could get the touchscreen working again, but it displayed another message every time I put in a USB drive without the .BIN file on it and the touchscreen went bad again! Finally, working under the assumption that perhaps it was some sort of caching issue, I decided to try to leave the .BIN file on the USB drive and delete it using using ES File Explorer. However, if you are not very quick, the radio will auto-start the .BIN update process again and reboot. I had to go into ES File Explorer first, insert the USB drive, then VERY quickly navigate to the file and delete it. I then removed it and re-inserted my USB drive with the MP3 files and now the TouchScreen has remained working ever since. Maybe this will help someone else out there if you run into a similiar issue.

Hi,
Sorry forget to remind you pull out the USB drive and delete the Bin file so that bring the troubles to you.
And thanks for your sharing about the process you tried.
