RQ-0369E Google play sign-in trouble

Hello,

I have just installed my new RQ-0369E system. It looks great, and everything seems to work fine except one major issue with google play services.
The system keeps buging when I try to log in with my google account.
In the system settings, when i want to add an acount, after entering log-in and password, i am asked to accept the general conditions, then the process ends abruptely, and the following error message appears : "unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped".

There is no problem with the internet access : the web browser works correctly, google maps works correctly in unregistered mode), etc. I have tried to log in with two distinct internet access provider, and the result is the same.

The trouble doesn't seem to be connected with my google account, wich works well on other android system. And i have tried to log in with another google account, with the same issue .

I have upgraded the kernel with an available firmware i've found on the forum. No effect, still the same problem.

Does anyone have an idea to solve that issue ?

Hi,
Sorry about this.
After testing the issue you mentioned, we found that the problem caused by the Google play store and Google service system update.
The factory provided us two new apks to solve this problem.

You just need to install it from the apkInstall from SD card or USB.
