Stuck in bootloader

Can i get the firmware for the new unit RQ0278, at first google play services kept closing then it restarted and now i am stuck at the boot screen and it Says "optimizing apps 1 of 1" but then it just shuts down and doesn't turn back on unless i hit the reset, but it is still stuck at the boot screen.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
For the Google play store issue, you just need to download and install two update Google apks, then the problem will be solved.
