Head Unit no longer powers off & bluetooth handsfree no longer works

HI,

I have one of your headunits which has been working fine until the last couple of weeks.

First the Bluetooth handsfree stopped working correctly and I could only hear phone calls sometimes. Now, the unit no longer turns off automatically which has left us stranded with a flat battery twice now as we didn't realise the unit was still turned on.

specs on the system are as follows
api ver: 2015-12-14 16:37:10 LMA-0-CO-V2.01
mcu ver: 2015-10-07 10:55:35 LMA_30_COL_R76_can(A)
eboot ver 2015-11-03 18:52:10 CO-0-m256-L-R1P1-V2.30


Do you have any suggestions on rectifying this ?

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?

Regarding to your issue, please tell us if the unit will automatically turn off when you pull out the ignition key.
You can press the RST hole or cut off the power for the unit to reset the unit to check.
