RQ0264 - only getting sound out of my front two tweeters

have a RQ0264 with all kinds of problems. for starters, Im only getting sound out of the very front two tweeters in my car.

plug in another android double din radio, I get full sound. Is this a bad unit?

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Regarding your issue, could you please first tell us what kind of your car? Does your car have original amplifier?
You can also check the four couples speaker wires for your original wires.
Then please tell us if all the sound(from DVD, radio, music through USB) only come out from two front speakers.
And please enter the Amplifier-->Fader to adjust.

Replaced the stock radio in my car with an android unit. I have an 06 H3, and the monsoon system. I used adapter harness Metra GMOS-014.


I'm only getting sound out of the front two tweeters in my truck, and they are very tinny. The subwoofer makes the faintest sound. No sound out of the door speakers.


Fader does nothing for read speakers. All sound from any source only plays front two tweeters very faintly, and the slightest out of the sub. Also, what radio antenna adapter should I use?

Hi,
After discussing your issue with our technician, could you please send us the pictures about your original cable and the adapter harness?
You may don't connect the speaker wires correctly, we need more information to help you check.
Or you can find the front speaker wires from our power cable, then connect it to your front car speaker can check if there is sound out.
For the radio antenna adapter, please also send us the photo of your original radio antenna.
Normally the universal unit is to use the original round radio antenna.
