Pumpkin 6.95 Headunit Not Responding

Hello.

I purchased the Pumpkin 6.95 inch Headunit Android 4.4 Double Din off Amazon last year (Order # 206-8650963-3091510) and until recently has been working very well. But it has now randomly switched itself off and no longer turns on or responds to anything I do. I've tried the reset method but I am getting no response. I have put back in the old default radio and that gets power to it so I'm assuming the problem lies with the device.

Any help would be appreciated as I don't fancy having to replace it as it was perfect for my needs.

Hi,
With respect of your description, it maybe the unit have problem, you can try to press the button power and RST hole at the same time, after 3-5 seconds, then check if the unit can enter the recovery mode.
If is, it maybe the android board problem.
If not, I suggest you contact our amazon customer service to return it back for repair.

Hello. Thanks for your response.

I have tried the RST method and I am getting nothing back from the device. I shall contact the Amazon team and hopefully I can get it sent back for repair.
