11-RQ0265E-US no GPS lock

I have purchased a number of Pumpkin stereos for my cars and they're spectacular. I recently upgraded a 7" double DIN unit with a new 11-RQ0265E-US stereo and I'm extremely happy with it. The thing is great. However it won't get a GPS lock. If I go into the GPS monitor, it will only show one (maybe two) satellites. I tried swapping out the GPS antenna for another one and there is no difference. It still gets a very poor GPS signal. Any suggestions?

I was thinking of cutting up the GPS antenna to see if the antenna is receiving >3v for its internal amplifier.

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
Please try to put the GPS antenna to the top of the car, cause the windshield may have the metal file which prevent the GPS signal receiving.
And you can use the multimeter to test if the GPS port in the back of the unit has 3.3V power supply.

Unfortunately that did not work. I'll check the voltage at the GPS antenna later.
