steering wheel control issue on Ford MONDEO MK4 2008 [resolved]

Hello everyone!

I've got a little issue with my steering wheel control. When i want to go to next track or station on Radio or CD/DVD navigation, the reverse happens and it goes back if i try the next button. The volume controls work very well .

I tried to use the Key Study application but it didn't work. I selected the button on touch screen, it blinked in orange colour but nothing happenned when i pressed the button on wheel...

I use the CAN BUS power cables because with the others, autoradio doesn't boot.
OS :android 5.1
RAM: 1GB
And i've got the CONVERS+ board computer.Can you please help me.

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, it may caused by the reverse detective wire through the canbus box.
If you don't install the reverse camera, you just need to cut the wire.
There is a wiring diagram on the top of the unit, you can find the reverse detective wire.
And because your car steering wheel control is based on the canbus system, it does not support to learn, just plug the power cable with the canbus box, then you can use it without problem.

i think that i'll buy the reverse camera and OBD bluetooth interface soon so i won't cut the wire.
