Google location

Hello and thanks for the unit. Most things seems to work perfectly.

However, any location app based on google location service will not work. The location is correct when i enter or tap to an app but my location will not update as the app is shown.

GPS and or sygic etc works fine.

Hi,
For the apps based on google location service, maybe they are not well compatible with the preinstalled google service app on the unit.
Could you please tell us some of the apps you mentioned?
We can test them in our workbench and try to provide you positive solution.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
You need first make sure the GPS antenna connect correctly and tightly.
For the Google maps, please try to input an address and a destination, then wait for a few seconds, the google maps will show the route.
