Radio Volume at Level 1 way to loud.

Folks,
I bought the radio for GM vehicles, SKU: 11-RQ1405E-US-A. My system has the the BOSE system with amplifier. My issue is that all the apps volume 1 is way to loud.
Is there a fix or this?
I went into Factory Settings and tried reducing the value for radio from 9 to 5 then to 1 and it makes now difference. I also move the amplifier settings to 50% and it is still to loud at volume 1. If people are in the car with you its to loud to talk with them.

Let me know what me options are.

With respect of your description, cause our unit has the built in amplifier module, once the audio signal output to your original bose system, the volume may perform loudly, he suggest you ask the special technician help and add a high to low audio adapter between the unit and your car.

The apps that I have installed "Pandora, and Sirius XM app have an exceptable volume levels. Its only the radio app. Are you sure there isn't anything that can be done with the Radio?
