Fitting Pumpkin to a VW T5 Van

Fitted my radio today - awesome.

Is there any way you can send me an update that changes the picture of the car when the parking sensors are on to a van.

This picture is also displayed when you have a door open. It looks like a sedan and not a van with a single sliding door

Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
I don't quite understand your mean, the unit work with the parking sensors just like your original one.
If not, please take a video and send it to us, we will help you check.
The update firmware can not change the picture of the car shown when the parking sensor are on.

You can see the outline of the vehicle on both the left and right hand side of the screen is a car. Is it possible to update the firmware so this picture is a van ?

Also, when I open the drivers door, the door on the LHS of the above picture is illuminated. I am in the UK and the drivers door is on the right.

Hi,
Your order number or product SKU information would be appreciated.
For the door open issue, you can go to the factory settings(126)--others to set the Rudder, click Apply and Exit, then check if the door open information still display reverse.
And could you please tell what you do when the attach picture appear, parking or back your car?
If possible, would you mind take a short video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
I will discuss with our technician and give you positive solution.

Can you tell me which unit you for for your T5 and what you think about it after having it for a month ?

Looking for one for my 2012 T5 but there are lots of options..
Did you get the van graphic you requested in this thread ?
