Bluetooth disconnects and reconnects constantly...

Folks,
I bought the radio for GM vehicles, SKU: 11-RQ1405E-US-A. I have an issue with it connecting and disconnecting. It makes talking on the phone very difficult. I have a Moto X Pure running Android 6.0, I don't have any other issues with any other Bluetooth devices that I've paired with.
I read a few other posts that you came up with a different firmware. Please advise.

Hi,
For the Bluetooth connect problem,the unit maybe incompatible with your moto X,you can try to change another phone.
