I need a firmware update

Bought this radio last year and it has been so buggy. Crashes, slow, forgets radio presets. I read the is a firmware update, but your support is not well organized. I got it on eBay so I can no longer find the order information as they get rid of that really fast these days. I hear there are firmware updates that make this radio somewhat usable.
Here is my radio information, can you help?
