No DAB reception

Hello, I have bought for my RQ0278E-DA-A the Y0251 DAB box. When I start the DAB + App appears briefly the message "Connecting". I can also search for DAB station, but find none. No reception is displayed.

Have already installed the DAB 1.3 app.

I bought the RQ0278E-DE-A on December 5th, 2016 on eBay. Item number: 182361238850. Seller is there: star_cardvd. I can not find the invoice number

Hallo, ich habe für mein RQ0278E-DA-A die Y0251 DAB Box gekauft. Wenn ich die DAB+ App starte erscheint kurz die Meldung "Connecting". Ich kann auch nach DAB Sender suchen, finde jedoch keine. Es wird auch kein Empfang angezeigt.

Sorry for the late reply.
Regarding the DAB issue, sorry about this,please first check if the DAB antenna install correctly like our DAB antenna installation instruction.
Then There is a new DAB app from the factory which you can use to check.

Of course, I can send you the latest firmware and mcu for your unit.

Please download both the firmware and mcu through your browser, just copy the file into an empty (micro)SD card, make sure the file is in root of the card.(ie, when you open the card, the file is directly located there)
Then please insert the sd card with the firmware file and mcu into the GPS slot.
The unit will recognize the update firmware automatically and pop out a dialog, choose "wipe data and format flash", then click Install, the unit will finish the update after a few minutes. Here is a picture for your reference.
After the firmware updating, then go to the settings--about tablet to click MCU update.

Now i've installed the Firmware, MCU and the newest DAB App. But the DAB isn't still working I am 100% Safe, that i've installed correctly.

Now i have to find out, if the Antenna, the DAB Box or the Headunit is broken

sorry for the late reply.
For the DAB reception,please confirm that there are DAB stations around you .
If it sill doesn't show reception,maybe the antenna is broken.You can contact the customer service to return your DAB+ and give you a new one.

thanks for your Reply. Yes i think the Antenna or the DAB+ Box is broken. I`ve tested another DAB+ Antenna/USB Box from a friend and this one works fine. So where i must contact the Customer Service? Where i bought it or can you send me an link?

You can connect the ebay seller which you bought from for return issue.Also he or she will lead you to buy a new antenna.

My app do not finding any channels...

Hi,
the dab antenna is different from the GPS antenna.You need to contact the customer service where you bought the DAB box to get a anteena.
