RDS / Radio Issues with CN01-02202B-01B

Hi,
For the radio problem,please wait for a few days.
For the background radio sound problem,if you use Sygic app,you need to set the map app as the default app.You can refer to the following picture.If you use some build-in apps ,it will turn off the radio sound. If you use the third party app,the sound would disturb each other.

Hi, the new Version flashed, should have solved the RDS issue, but did not. Now another issue came up. Now the Display of the unit randomly turns black in radio mode. Then only the header bar is visible and there is no way to access radio or any other app anymore. Radio needs to be rebootet then. Sorry guys, I am tired of those things. How can I return the unit and get my money back? I need a reliable radio and no experimental product.
