I had been in contact with you regarding an issue I had with my stereo and you pointed me in the direction of the repair center. I ended up sending the unit back for repairs under warranty and after they repaired it they wanted me to pay $50 for the repairs. They said it was for accessories. I wasn't prepared to pay that and was in conversation with them via email over the last couple of weeks. Then they stopped responding to my emails and I haven't heard anything since.
Is there any way of finding out what is going on.
