DVD disc stuck inside the unit

hi,

I bought it from Germany warehouse.

actually I have solved the problem.
it was a software issue.
i entered setting - car setting - extra setting - config info page.
i found that NO DVD was checked.
by making it unchecked, the DVD icon came back and every thing is OK now.

still i need the last version of the software update please.

Sorry that we do not have the latest updating software yet.
We suggest not to update the radio in case of damage to the radio.

actually i tried to update the software as you advised me recently but the system version still V9.2.2_20171025.000458_KED3-5 and never change to V9.2.2_20180330.180833_KED3-5.

Do you mean pressing the restart button after the updating process immediately?? please confirm.
The problem is that after the updating process the system version still the old one.

Installation method: Unzip the file after download, then put it into the root directory of the sd card. Click settings-Car settings- System Upgrade.

Came back to XR after 6 months or so. I hoped maybe the crappy autopilot would have been fixed. It careens around stations, eventually getting stuck inside a station module.

Cant anything be done about this?
