Jammy, I am having problems with my touch screen again, the bottom 2/3 of the screen has stopped working rendering the headunit pretty much useless. I never did sort out the volume problem either... just learned to live with it. Is it possible to get another touch panel overlay from you guys? I realize at this point the unit is out of warranty could you provide me with a price and availability\ ?? Thanks. Greg.

EDIT: to the above post, after checking some details it would appear that the unit is less than 12 months old, and still under warranty ?? Would greatly appreciate it if you could organised a new touch overlay, Thanks.

For the touch screen issue, please press the RST hole to reset.
If this does not help, we can send you another new touch screen, you just need pay the shipping cost.

Thanks Jammy. Have tried the reset with no luck. Happy to pay shipping on a new touch screen. Although I have had my share of problems with this unit - your support has been top shelf. I will Email customer service today - thanks again.
