App Volume Quiet but Bluetooth Volume Great - Please advice

Hello, I hope one of you can help me, its an annoying issue for such a great stereo.

The premise is this - When I use an app on the stereo (Spotify/YouTube) - the audio is weak. Tinny, very quiet, I have to turn it up to 30 to make it audible and even that its still bad. The only one that is seems to be okay natively is the radio app (ironically). However, When I use the spotify/ youtube app on my phone(S7 Edge) via bluetooth, the sound is crazy good and sounds great. I checked the eq settings and it seems like bluetooth volume is turned up but the stereo volume isn't. Ive tried to change it but it doesn't seem to work. Please advise?

Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
Regarding the app volume issue, it's the system problem, sorry about this.
The factory ever tested the new firmware but it does little help. It may depend on the android board.
If you don't mind, please just use the SD card or bluetooth to play music.
