Android 8 stay on after key

Android 8.0 Car Stereo Double Din Android Auto, Octa Core 32GB+ 4GB Radio

I have the unit setup in settings to turn off unit after 5 minutes but when I turn off key it immediatly goes thru a shutdown. What am I missing?

Hi,
that option you set means within 5min, the unit just in standby mode with black screen .During this time ,you can reboot the unit quickly.
I suggest you choose the option auto sleep which make the unit able to fast boot anytime .
