Apps closing & touchscreen unresponsive ( 11-RQ0364E)

Hi folks,

I've had this model for a while now ( 11-RQ0364E - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01 ... UTF8&psc=1) but recently I've started to have problems.

The Home button & the Volume Down button are unresponsive and I have trouble trying to select something at the top or bottom of the screen. I was managing to get by. However now my apps are closing a few seconds after I open them.

I've tried to do a factory reset, but since the Home and Volume buttons are unresponsive I can't do the reset.

Can anyone help? I can send videos to show what's happening.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then do follows the video.

you need to short click the RST button to choose the option and long press it to confirm.

Hi,

Followed those step and the screen is still unresponsive as well as a lot of the buttons.

for the touch problem ,you can contact our pumpkin customer service or directly write to suppor@autopumpkin.com to change a touch scree.It is no difficult to install it .You can refer this video .

I ordered a new touchscreen and I fitted it today. I can say that the stereo is working and is like new.
