CN10-02201B - volume knob and native programs (FM radio, bluetooth etc) not working

Car Radio CN10-02201B

The volume knob no longers works and there is no volume coming out of the unit. Spotify etc is playing but all the native apps like FM transmitter, bluetooth, audioplayer do not launch. I have restarted the unit and checked for updates.

Hi,you can flash the following firmware.

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.
