Pumpkin Android 8.0 no voice in Hyundai Santa Fe CM (2010)

Hi. Since last wednesday I'm an owner of Pumpkin Android 8.0 car radio (bought from an official Pumpkin seller on Aliexpress). Unfortunately after first mountage in my Hyundai Santa Fe CM (2010) there is no sound from speakers. Radio is on, LCD works fine but sound is missing, even system sounds. Please help to solve the problem and have fun from using Pumpkin Car Radio.

Hi,
please first check whether you connect the speakers tightly .
Did your car has an original amplifier? could you mind show me some pictures about your original power connector ,or definition diagram ?
