Hi,

I have a problem with the touchscreen.

I am not able to use the display at the top of the screen, e.g. the 'home' button or view the notifications/pull down menu.
I also can not use the bottom of the screen, e.g. the space bar or '?123' on the keyboard.

I have tried using the factory settings menu and the same thing happens on there.
The touchscreen between the top and bottom works as normal.

I can only access the top/bottom using a USB mouse.

Could this be a software issue? Could you please send me the latest firmware/update?
