Android 5.1 GPS sound switch on turn by turn voice indications

Hello,
My name is Nick, I am from Romania and I just bought a Pumkin Car Radio (Pumpkin Android 5.1 Lollipop Car Radio Double Din Stereo for Ford Mondeo S-max Focus Galaxy 7 inch Car Multimedia DVD CD Player Support Car GPS Navigation Mirror Link 3G WIFI USB SD CAM-IN OBD2 DAB+ ) for my Mondeo Mk4.
I have few issues:
- Steering controls for radio channel change are swapped (I press right button (next) on the steering wheel and it selects the channels on the left side of the list). How can I update the configuration so that when I press right (next channel) it will select the next radio channel on the right side of the list?
- I cannot hear navigation voice indications on applications I installed from Play Store (EX: WAZE, HERE MAPS). I set the sound to switch in the System Settings - GPS section, but it only works for Google Maps. How can I update the configuration so that when WAZE is giving voice indications (turn by turn) it will turn off the volume on the radio?
Thank you,
Nick
