PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I have bought and fitted a punkin android 6.0.1 Satnav car stereo.
The gps isnt working.
Location services are on.
I have tried Google maps, Waze and sygic.
I have also tried an app called "GPS Status" which says that there is no GPS.
I bought this through amazon Order # 203-9617656-6920366
What can I do? Should I Sent the whole Lot back.

Hi,
you can first check whether the voltage of the GPS connector is around 3.3V .

If yes,you can contact the pumpkin customer service to change the GPS antenna.If not,you can contact the pumpkin customer service to change the electric board or just a whole unit.Any query ,contact them

I have 0.00V and this lead me to do a continuity test between the centre pin and the shield ( when the unit is not powered).
I am getting a short circuit.
I have emailed the support about 2 or 3 days ago. Still not heard anything from them.
Seems like a new module is needed!
