Car Radio won't play video files on SD card or DVD

Hi,

I cannot get my pumpkin radio to play video files on my SD card or DVD. It's a Pumpkin W0675 (Ebay item #: 282099453706). On the SD card, it says there is no support and I cannot find any software that converts mp4 to RMVB (which is apparently the only format it recognizes). I have tried so many software. Are there any alternative formats similar to the RMVB/RM? Or how do I overcome this issue?

Also, I can play regular DVDs just fine. However, when I burn video files onto a DVD and try to play it on the system, it says no support. Is there a particular format for DVDs then? Because the video files are all MP4, and I'm surprised that I can play regular DVDs but not DVDs that I burn.

I have read forums and no solution to my issues. Any help appreciated. Thank you!

this unit only support video RMVB 720P . Hope your kind understandings.
