PUMPKIN PX5 3rd party players doesn't get previous/next rocker action

PUMPKIN PX5 3rd party players doesn't get previous/next rocker action, only included radio app, music app and dvd app reacts to it. Could I get a fix please?

I found how to get it to work with all players.

Go to:
SETTINGS > CAR > FACTORY SETTINGS
it will ask to input the pin code, you can find it in your Head Unit's manual supplied in the package.
Go to Hardware Keys tab and press buttons you want to remap one by one. I don't understand why Pumpkin support doesn't give this info.
