PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi, I recently bought a Pumpkin ND0377B (from Amazon) and installed it in my 2005 VW Transporter.
For the first 30 minutes of use the unit worked fine, then started to display an error (yellow warning triangle) intermittently. This problem got worse over the next hour or so, now there is mostly either a black screen or error message, with the unit occasionally working for a few seconds/minutes before the error returns.
Is there any fix/firmware upgrade I can try before I return the unit?

Please place the update.zip files on the root content of one sd card or USB stick, then insert the card into the GPS slot if you choose this way , next enter settings - extra settings - system update .

Hi,
did you install the reverse cam ? And which power cable you were using ?
If not , you need to cut off the wire labelled "reverse-in " from back of the unit .If yes,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com for further help.

Hi thanks for your advise. I cut the wire then connected it to the signal wire of the reverse cam and all is working great now
