PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

first comes first: Hi and greetings to everyone from bavaria, germany. I´ve E46 BMW but most time by motorbike on the road. I´m new here and total helpless with my problem:

In my BMW E46 FL 320D Bj. 06 I´ve mounted a PUMPKIN CN10-11201B-01B. I was really lucky and happy with it, it runs pretty good for a few month.

After 5 month the device got disconnected while driving with the typical audio device stake out sound. From that point on it happens more and more often. With device disconnected, i`m talking about no monitor light at all and only CD, EJECT and MUTE light on, rest of the buttons dark. Pressing of Reset/PWR button made no changes at all.

What could have caused that problem ? Mabye the onboard software and the pumpkin system killed each other? The onboard voltage killed the device or is it a hardware defect? So what can I do?

when you said the device got disconnected, did the sound continue works on ? did the touch screen still work ? did the panel button works ? What association or when the unit works normally again ?
In addition , please first tell me your order number or ebay buyer id so that i can confirm more info about your unit.

No sound, blackscreen, no touch, no buttons working.

"What association or when the unit works normally again ?" - not sure what you mean. The unit is not working anymore.

I´ll check, if i can get more information about it.

sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese National Day holiday.About your issue, the mother board should be broken. You can contact the pumpkin customer service to return it for repair.
