My stereo is constantly turning off after a few minutes

Hi,

I've bought a car with a pumpkin radio fitted. Unfortunately I do not have any reference from ebay only the info the radio gives me if I go to setup/About device. I have no idea what model it is as I can't find it in the website but I I have some the user menu and a warranty card from Pumpkin that matches the radio.

The problem I'm having is that the radio once it's on, it's very slow and sluggish, after a while it turn off and then repeat. I've tried the rest button and restore but nothing worked. Is there any possible way anyone can help me with this PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE!!!!
