PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi I received and installed my unit today and I get a strange clicking noise that's happens all the time unless the volume is muted. It seems to make no difference if I turn the volume up, the clicking is always the same volume. It even happens if the car is turned off.

I have a 2008 saab 9-3.

Is my unit faulty?
