SD Card Not Found

I have a problem with the SD card

For some reason does not work at all in both slots - the device does not recognize the card
What can be done to fix ?
Note: When testing SD in front of the computer it works properly

Have you test another SD card?
Even you reset the headunit,does the problem still exists?
